Available Payment Methods:

  • The tour must be paid in US currency. (US Dollar).

    Each section on this page offers a method that other students have used to pay for the tour. If you know of an alternative way to pay, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you and help in any way possible.

    NOTE: It is important to know that you will incur additional fees to transfer the funds. Any transfer fees are not part of the admission price for the tour.

    You will need to ensure that your full fee of $4,500 is paid to the USA Tours, LLC company.

    If you overpay, due to the transfer fees, we will provide you with the difference in Denver, CO on Day 2 of the tour.

  • This is the least expensive option for the student as there are no additional processing or administrative fees added.

  • This option allows you to transfer money from your home country bank directly to the USA Tours, LLC bank.

    Typically, wire transfer fees are included at both your home bank and our USA receiving bank. You are responsible for all transfer fees.

    Please know that USA Tours will only receive the portion of the money that pay for the tour. All additional fees are applied to the bank processing centers.

    If there is extra money in your payment after all fees are paid, we will return any extra money to your student in Day 2 of the tour.

  • We have coordinated an account with STRIPE to help process your credit card. STRIPE charges between ~ 5 - 6% to process your card. All processing fees go directly to the STRIPE processing center and USA Tours will use the remainder to pay for your seat on the bus.

    OPTION 1: To pay the deposit only select this link to pay $2,115

    - This includes the tour deposit of $2,000 plus STRIPE Fees of $ 115.

    OPTION 2: To pay for the entire tour select this $4,744.

    This includes the tour full price of $4,500 plus STRIPE Fees of $ 244

    This includes the final payment of $2,500 plus STRIPE Fees of $ 136.

  • This option includes a processing fee of ~ 5 - 6%. The processing fees go directly to the PayPal processing center and USA Tours will use the remainder to secure your seat on the bus.

  • If the tour is cancelled by USA Tours, LLC, students will receive the funds that were sent in for payment of their admission fees.  The method of sending money will be discussed with each student and their family to try and accommodate a smooth return of the funds. Only the funds applied to the student’s account will be returned.

    • If the student cancels their participation USA Tours will charge a $100 administrative fee to coordinate the cancellation and return of funds.

    • If cancellation is prior to March 1, 2025, all remaining funds will be returned via the use of a USA Tours business check and sent directly to the student through their Youth Exchange Officer in their USA Host Club.

    • If cancelation is after March 1, 2025, USA Tours will work on a case by case basis as commitments have already been made and are non-refundable. Any funds that can be returned will be sent via a USA Tours business check and coordinated with the USA Youth Exchange Officer.
